- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First receptionist needed a smoke break. Then, before being taken back for xrays dental assistant needed a smoke break. But they were both friendly. Dentist never actually looked in my mouth just looked at xrays. When appointment was made they informed me I would be able to get a filling and cleaning that day. Received neither. Than was told I needed a root canal that is not covered by my insurance; would need to pay $500.00. Call insurance they state that I am covered for must dental procedures. Seemed like they were trying to get over on me being a previous dentist stated I only needed a filling after x-ray and visual observation. I do not trust office to perform anything on me.
